Usually, that's just how life is. But have we actually questioned the nature of life? Is it naturally in sync or is it naturally challenging? I think life is cyclic. We all have our ups and downs and our down times are meant to make us stronger. In general, life is naturally kind. Most of the times, when we come up against a challenge, it starts in our mind. The root of our obstacles might have been our thinking and our resistance to change. For example, recall the time when you start a new job or a new school, if you're reluctant and worry yourself sick, things just don't work out, you wake up late, people just seem to have bad attitude towards you, and you start to hate the change that your life is taking. On the other hands, sometimes, when you don't expect anything but changes, things just turn out fine, like your car doesn't need that much expensive repair, you get a discount, you find what you're looking for.
I think it's more complicated to explain this thinking than to reflect on life and realize it yourself. I believe if you work with the present, work with whatever happening right now, and not wishing for how things might have been or should have been, miracles will definitely happen. Things will always turn out fine and you might actually be surprised of how well things work out. However, if your resistance to the present is strong, you don't want to change, holding on to something that is no longer true, you might just feel like every little thing is against you.
Therefore, it's important to be mindful of your present, be aware of yourself. When you understand yourself, you can accept how you feel and have the clarity to see the big picture. You can be aware of your reactions to change, why you react that way, and how to move forward. Awareness and acceptance is key. Accept the present, be aware of yourself and you might just find that life just flows easier. So wake up everyday, live true to yourself and expect miracles.
